Open Source Notices

Third-party open-source components used in the OpinForge hosted platform. Our proprietary application code, logic compiler, and workflows remain separate from these libraries.

1. Overview

The platform incorporates certain open-source JavaScript libraries under permissive licenses. This page satisfies attribution requirements for those components.

We use only the MIT-licensed SurveyJS Form Library (question rendering and respondent input widgets). We do not use the commercially licensed SurveyJS products (Survey Creator, Dashboard, or PDF Generator).

The application includes additional open-source packages (frameworks, UI libraries, database drivers, and tooling) under licenses such as MIT, Apache-2.0, ISC, and BSD. A full production dependency inventory is maintained internally for counsel review.
